COMPASSIONATE CAREGIVING   –  A NEW WAY OF BEING

is a 4 hour planned day event in which caregivers, both professional and family caregivers may come together to support each other while discovering a new way of being for oneself and those who one cares for. Participants will interact in large and small groups while learning to:

  • Identify signs of stress
  • Develop healthy self-care
  • Explore system and/or family dynamics
  • Discover a spirituality of caregiving
